These are
the values-based standards upon which we live our lives and operate
our business. We strongly encourage others to make - and live
by - a similar list.
Honesty,
Assertiveness and Integrity: We know that being assertive
means being direct, honest and respectful. We know that
assertiveness is very different from aggression (being direct,
honest and disrespectful) and passivity (being indirect, honest
and respectful). As we practice respectful honesty with
ourselves and each other, we find a great deal of personal power
arise within us. Where there is respectful honesty, there
is trust, safety and the freedom to be our best.
Fairness: Fairness is
what keeps the Universe in harmony and balance.
Self-Knowledge: The attitude
of inquiry, of wonder, is sacred.
Contribution: Be deeply
concerned with the well-being and empowerment of others, with
the pro-active contribution at the forefront of your intentions.
Spirituality: Live your
life guided by the Universal Source of non-dogmatic spirituality
by looking beyond underlying differences and beliefs at the
essential core of all people.
Openness to Change: Everything
in the Universe is subject to change at the perfect right time.
Distant Vision and Up-Front
Focus: Engage people in achieving their dreams and aspirations,
of standing in a future that does not yet exist and mapping
out the details to get there, of seeing with clarity and achieving
the unlimited possibilities on the horizon.
Self-Disciple: Motivation
comes from a clear and passionate sense of purpose based on
flexibility and adaptation; self-discipline is the key to generating
the tireless source of energy that fuels one's passion.
Balance: Keep a keen
eye on balancing your lives in four main areas: relationship,
vocation, spirituality and community.
